The next day, Hunter asked Janie if she wanted to go get some coffee with him. They went to some cafe and got coffee.
"You feeling okay after last night?"
"Yeah. Still a little groggy and my feet are still achy from the shoes but all in all good feelings."
"Good. I heard Logan bid $100,000 on you."
"Yeah, why would he do that."
"It's still for charity so he just showing off."
"True."
"But he's still bidding that much since you're his girlfriend. You are worth much more than $100,000."
"You're digging your own grave."
Hunter chuckled. "I'm actually here to tell you your next assignment."
"Wow. And I thought you actually cared about me."
"I do, but this is just a good chance to tell you this Wednesday you're going to an orphanage and playing with the kids."
"Oh, won't be bad at all."
"Yeah, it's actually where I can from."
"Really?"
"Yeah. Dad, or the chairman met me there and helped me."
"Must've been a good day."
"Yeah, it was a good day. I was on the verge of being kicked out of the orphanage because I was a bad kid. I was going to be kicked out anyway because I was turning 18 and had to support myself. My parents left me when I was younger so I lived on the streets and I got into a lot of fights in he homeless shelter. The people from the orphanage saw me in the homeless shelter and took me in. I kept trying to run away because I didn't want to be known as an orphan. But Dad saw me and helped me. He was mean but that made me the person who I am today. He made work hard with school and got me into college. I learned law but switched to business. And today I am also the head of security because I'm pretty good at fighting from all the fights with the kids at the homeless shelter. They always made fun of me for not having family and so now here I am."
"Wow, what a story."
"Yup."
