Office Girl

"Eddie, could you help me on this?"
"Yeah, sure."
Eddie rolled his chair over and leaned in the desktop screen to read some code.
"Here you can add this, it's shorter and more precise." Eddie typed in several lines of code.
"Thanks! I gotta use that next time."
"Yeah. No problem." Eddie rolled back to his chair.
"Janie! Could you bring this to the finance department?"
"What is it, Morgan."
"Come here, pretty please office girl."
Janie walked over. Morgan gave Jane a hard drive and a stack of papers. "Give this to Julien."
"Julien." Janie reiterated. "Okay."

Janie actually didn't mind walking around and handing things to people. She wanted to be off her seat as much as possible. She entered the elevator and pressed number 4. She was on floor 9, so it was several floors down. She was hoping she would have the elevator to herself. But the carriage stopped at 7. The doors opened and in came Logan, a secretary, and someone who looked like a security guard. He had long blonde hair and aviators on. His suit was nice and fitting. He came in first and blocked Janie from Logan's view. The secretary followed in after Logan. Janie was thankful the security guy was covering her. Logan looked behind him to see who it was that was in the elevator. He noticed it was Janie. "Hey, it's you!" He happily exclaimed. Janie quietly said, "Yeah."

Before Logan could continue the conversation the elevator doors opened to floor 4. "Excuse me. It's my stop." Janie quickly stepped out of the carriage but unfortunately dropped some papers. The security guard was quick to jump out before the doors closed. He bent down and helped Janie pick up the papers. "Clumsy me. Thanks."
"No problem." He smiled and looked up at Janie.
"You wear those glasses inside too? Is that the protocol or something?"
The guy chuckled and went back in the elevator.
Janie continued on. There was a receptionist on every floor to ask you what you wanted. "I came here to give these to Julien."
"Yeah, he's over there in the back right corner." The receptionist pointed.
"Thanks." Janie walked over there to see some guy hunched over and working hard on the computer. Janie knocked on his desk.
